(Jarvis Lane & High Street Amendment) Order 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC propose to make a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Order the effect of which will be to introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) on: -

(i) both sides of Jarvis Lane from Castle Lane north-eastwards to Jarvis Hall; and

(ii) the east side of High Street adjacent to the access to Wykeham Close.

Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to view details of the scheme should telephone the WSCC Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive the documents by post.

Any objections or comments about the proposal must be received by 13 September 2024. (Horsham: Hammerpond Road and Doomsday Lane)
(30mph & 40mph Speed Limit) Order 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC proposes to introduce a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:

(i) extend the 30mph on Hammerpond Road eastwards to a point 128 metres east of Copperfields; and

(ii) introduce a 30mph speed limit on the entire length of Doomsday Lane; and 

(iii) introduce a 40mph speed limit on Hammerpond Road from the extent of the 30mph speed limit eastwards for a distance of 640M.
