Temporary Closure of Soho Cottage To Vobster Inn

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Soho Cottage To Vobster Inn - from 250 metres south-west of the junction with The Rank, south- westwards for a total distance of 111 metres.

This Order will enable Southwest Overhead Services to remove old cable on behalf of Openreach.

The Order becomes effective on 22nd August 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 29th August 2024 and last until 30th August 2024 between the hours of 09:30 - 17:30 for a total of 2 days.
