Roman Way, Temporary Road Closure Due To Toucan Crossing Installation Works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(A38 Roman Way, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of A38 Roman Way from its junction with A38 Westlands Roundabout (southbound only) to its junction with A4133 High Park Roundabout.
Reason: Plane & pave carriageway surface to install a Toucan crossing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A442 Kidderminster Road, A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green, A442 Droitwich Road, A449 Worceser Road, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Mitre Oak to Crown Lane, A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Main Road, A4133 Droitwich Road, A4133 Ombersley Road.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 17 nights (20:00 to 06:00). Commencing: 16 September 2024.
