TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Derby City Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF RIGHT TURN ORDERS ON DERBY ROAD, DERBY
WHEN: 22 July 2024 to 09 October 2024
WHERE: Derby Road, suspension of right turn into and out of Asda
REASON: Construction work
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Derby Road – Circumnavigate Spondon Roundabout – Derby Road And Derby Road – Circumnavigate roundabout at Derby Road/Raynesway/Acorn Way junction – Derby Road Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON THE CRESCENT, DERBY
WHEN: 16 September 2024 to 04 October 2024
WHERE: The Crescent, at its junction with Nottingham Road
REASON: Construction work
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Nottingham Road – Meadow Lane – The Crescent and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON ROOSEVELT AVENUE, DERBY
WHEN: 30 August 2024 to 20 September 2024 Closure to be for 2 days only in date range shown (08:00 to 18:00 only) Exact dates shown on Site Information Boards
WHERE: Roosevelt Avenue, from its junction with Lexington Road to its junction with Trenton Green
REASON: Highway works (Derby City Council)
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Lexington Road – Sunny Grove – Parkside Road – Trenton Green and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON OLD MANSFIELD ROAD, DERBY
WHEN: 30 August 2024 to 20 September 2024 Closure to be for 2 days only in date range shown (08:00 to 18:00 only) Exact dates shown on Site Information Boards
WHERE: Old Mansfield Road, from its junction with Hampshire Road to its junction with Scarborough Rise
REASON: Highway works (Derby City Council)
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Hampshire Road – Hereford Road – Perth Street – Scarborough Rise – Old Mansfield Road and the same in the opposite direction
