DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn i BT Openreach gynnal gwaith gosod pyst.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau Heol Ddu, o bwynt 250 metr i’r dwyrain o’i chyffordd â Ffordd Llantrisant, C astellau, tua’r dwyrain am bellter o 700 metr.
Llwybr Amgen – Heol Ddu, Ffordd Llantrisant (Pantybrad), Heol Y Sarn, Stryd Fawr B4595 Heol y Bont-Newydd, B4595 Ffordd Llantrisant a Heol Castellau.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr ac eiddo.
NI chedwir mynediad i’r gwasanaethau brys.
Mae disgwyl i’r ffordd fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:-

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate poling works for BT Openreach
The effect of the Order will be to close Heol Ddu, from a point 250 metres eastwards of its junction with Llantrisant Road, Castellau, eastwards for a distance of 700 metres.
Alternative Route - Heol Ddu, Llantrisant Road (Pantybrad), Heol Y Sarn, High Street, B4595 Newbridge Road, B4595 Llantrisant Road and Castellau Road.
Access will be maintained for pedestrians and premises.
Access WILL NOT be maintained for emergency services.
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Daytime closures 8:00am – 5:00pm between 20th – 21st August 2024
