PUBLIC NOTICE 

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (MARSH LANE)

 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Marsh Lane at the junction of Stafford Road. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 19 August 2024 until 30 August 2024 between the hours of 09:30 until 15:00 each day. Vehicular diversion route: Stafford Road, Wobaston Road, Patshull Avenue, Marsh Lane and vice versa. The Order is required to facilitate a crane to install a digital screen by Nigel Brunt Properties Ltd.
