The Roads are expected to be closed and restricted during various times on a rolling programme, commencing from 1st September 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This intended Order will permit the closure and restriction of the Roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by the 30th November 2024.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE B4632 ABBEY TERRACE & HIGH STREET ROAD (WINCHCOMBE TOWN) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4632 Abbey Terrace and High Street Road from its junction with Vineyard Street to outside the property known as ‘The Cottage’ for a total distance of approximately 20 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for new electricity supply works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 2nd September 2024 until
17:00hrs on 6th September 2024 only or until the works have been completed.
