What is happening?
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Riverpark Drive, Marlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Riverpark Drive for approx. 474M. Alternative route: Gossmore Ln, Lock Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst mains works commence on 9 September 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 9 September 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. (Perks Ln, Prestwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Perks Ln for approx. 224M. Alternative route: Hampden Rd, Warrendene Rd, Valley Rd, Cryers Hill Rd, Missenden Rd, Wycombe Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst boundary box works commence on 9 September 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 9 September 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(School Ln, Buckingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in School Ln for approx. 20M. Alternative route: Nelson St, Bristle Hill, Castle St, West St and vice versa. The closure is required whilst anglian water works commences on 19 August 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 August 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Hivings Hill, Chesham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hivings Hill for approx. 150M. Alternative route: Hivings Hill, Bellingdon Rd, Pond Park Rd, Lansdowne Rd, Lyndhurst Rd, Upland Avenue, Upper Belmont Rd, Great Hivings, Mount Nugent and vice versa. The closure is required whilst pole replacement. Commence on 23 September 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Two Dells Ln, Orchard Leigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Two Dells Ln for approx. 52M. Alternative route: Two Dells Ln, Rushmere Ln, Lycrome Rd, Ashley Green Rd, Chesham Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst pole replacement commences on 29 September 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 29 September 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Handy Cross Roundabout, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2024 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Handy Cross Roundabout for approx 935M. Alternative route: John Hall Way, Cressex Rd, New Rd, Mill End Rd, Chapel Ln, West Wycombe Rd, High St, Oxford Rd, Wycombe Rd, The Common and vice versa. The closure is required whilst National Highways works to complete works on the roundabout. Phase 1 - 13 - 16 Sept - full closure. Phase 2 - 16 Sept - 5 Oct from 21:00 - 06:00 weeknights only commence on 13th September 2024. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13th September 2024, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
