(TAMWORTH) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) ORDER NO 1 (AMENDMENT) NO. X/20XX
Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce the following: School Keep Clear Markings Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm, No Waiting at Any Time between 8am and 9:30am and 2:30pm and 4pm on Monday to Friday on Barlaston Way, Tamworth and No Waiting at Any Time on Mavesyn Close, Eagle Drive and Barlaston Way, Tamworth. Documents may be examined during office hours at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH and during opening hours at Glascote Library, Caledonian Glascote, Tamworth, B77 2ED or at www.staffordshire. gov.uk/trafficregulationorders. Objections or representations should be sent in writing to: Highway Maintenance and Network Management, Third Floor, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH or to: trafficregulationorderobjections@staffordshire.gov.uk no later than 5/9/24 quoting reference HoCPS/TM/TR6/24 and stating the grounds on which they are made.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Selker Dr, Tamworth. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 13/8/24 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Selker Dr, Tamworth. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=139016446. The Order will come into operation on 20/8/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by on the same day.
The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the manhole frame and cover replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Woodhouse Lane, Tamworth. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=139175898. The Order will come into operation on 2/9/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 5/9/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new connection has been completed, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE
Link Footway at Side of 21 Fontenaye Rd, Tamworth. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians and cyclists from proceeding along Link Footway at Side of 21 Fontenaye Rd, Tamworth. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=139248117. The Order will come into operation on 10/9/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 13/9/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the supply works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
