THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (KEYHAM ROAD/ALBERT ROAD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
Keyham Road - from the front boundary of number 22 to the front boundary of number 16.
Albert Road - at the junction of Healy Place.
2. To close the taxi rank on:
Albert Road - from the junction of Charlotte Street to a point of 25m.
The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 2nd September 2024 and shall continue to remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.
It is anticipated that the telecoms works will commence on the 2nd September 2024 until 5th September 2024 9:30 - 15:30.
