Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 3, and Footpath 4 Weeley in the District of Tendring As below.

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 35, 46, 49 and 53 and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under sections 84 (1)(a) and (2), and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order: To Implement: a ‘20mph Zone’

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boxted Church Road, Great Horkesley in the City of Colchester, from its junction with Holly Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01310766421 – Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Effect of the order:
Phase 1: To temporarily close that length of Serpentine Walk, Colchester in the City of Colchester, from its junction with Catchpool Road to its junction with Margaret Road a distance of approximately 145m.
Phase 2: To temporarily close that length of Margaret Road, Colchester in the City of Colchester, from its junction with Serpentine Walk for a distance of approximately 120m in a south easterly direction.
