(Church Road, Greenstead Green)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Ravens Hall Road for a distance of approximately 645m in a north easterly then north westerly direction (to the point where the road name changes to Greenstead Hall Road). The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2354136 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Grange Hill, Stisted Road, Brook Farm Road, Tumblers Green, Greenstead Green Road, Back Lane, The Street, Kings Lane, A120, Marks Roundabout, Braintree Bypass, Broad Road Roundabout, High Garrett, Halstead Road, Pennypot Corner, Bournebridge Hill, Braintree Road, Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Head Street, Colchester Road, Greenstead Hall Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Curds Road, Earls Colne)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Curds Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Coggeshall Road to its junction with Newhouse Road a distance of approximately 1480m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th September 2024 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2367828 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Hayhouse Road, Park Lane, Church Hill, Coggeshall Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Grange Hill, Greenstead Green)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Hill, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Ravens Hall Road for a distance of approximately 320m in a southerly direction (to the point where the road name changes to Stisted Road). The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th September 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2356734 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Stisted Road, Brook Farm Road, Tumblers Green, Greenstead Green Road, Back Lane, The Street, Kings Lane, A120, Marks Roundabout, Braintree Bypass, Broad Road Roundabout, High Garrett, Halstead Road, Pennypot Corner, Bournebridge Hill, Braintree Road, Mount Hill, Trinity Street, Bridge Street, High Street, Head Street, Colchester Road, Greenstead Hall Road, Church Road and vice versa.

(Mount Hill, Halstead)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 15m north east of the junction with Ramsey Road for a distance of approximately 215m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2024 from 21:00 until 15th September 2024 18:00, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231011236 - MDS). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing works are undertaken by MDS.

An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Pennypot Corner, Halstead Road, Gosfield Road, Braintree Road, The Street, Hedingham Road, Braintree Road, Halstead Road - A1124, Hedingham Road, Market Hill, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tidings Hill, Halstead)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tidings Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Rayner Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03164407203 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Kings Road, Trinity Street, Mount Hill, White Horse Avenue and vice versa (with access only into Tidings Hill).

The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Tilbury Road, Great Yeldham)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tilbury Road, Great Yeldham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 320m north east of its junction with Duncan Close for a distance of approximately 105m in a north easterly then northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10004080 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while culvert maintenance works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Tilbury Road, North Road, Leather Lane, Little Yeldham Road, School Road, Church Green, Mashey Road, Belchamp Road, Tilbury Hill, Tilbury Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Trinity Road, Halstead)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Trinity Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mount Hill to its junction with Mount Pleasant a distance of approximately 320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2359144 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Mount Pleasant, New Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street/Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 535m north east of the junction with Purls Hill for a distance of approximately 190m in a north easterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Toldish Hall Road, Great Maplestead in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 27th August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFLFH74T/BC008WFLFH74T01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Church Street, Purls Hill, Hedingham Road, Sheepcot Road, Queen Street, St James Street, Sudbury Hill, Sudbury Road, Great Maplestead Road, Monks Lodge Road, Church Street and vice versa or Toldish Hall Road, Lucking Street, Church Street and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 8th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Oak Road, Halstead)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 420m north west of its junction with Letches Lane for a distance of approximately 15m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03063813602 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter exchange works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Plaistow Green Road, Letches Lane and vice versa (with access only into Oak Road).

The Order came into effect on 8th August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
