(Beverley Rise, Billericay)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beverley Rise, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Greens Farm Lane to its end a distance of approximately 190m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2364068 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
No alternative route available.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 80m southwest of its junction with Bramble Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD9HWG0005 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Daws Heath Road, Bramble Road, Moorcroft Avenue, Fairmead Avenue, Daws Heath Road, and vice versa.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
(Streetworks No.2) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Rochford as detailed in the Schedule.
The works are scheduled to commence after 22nd August 2024, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public.
Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas replacement works are undertaken by Cadent Gas.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Description: From its junction with Grove Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction
Alternative Route: Grove Road, The Chase, Warwick Road and vice versa (with access only into Albany Road)
Road: Clarence Road, Rayleigh
Description: From its junction with Grove Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction
Alternative Route: Grove Road, The Chase, Warwick Road and vice versa (with access only into Clarence Road)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of West Mayne, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Southfield Roundabout for a distance of approximately 70m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th September 2024 for 2 nights (19:00 – 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000013819 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while lighting replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via West Mayne, High Road Roundabout, St Nicholas Lane, Upper Mayne Roundabout, Upper Mayne, Burches Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road To Upper Mayne Link Road, Southend Arterial Road, Fortune Of War Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road, West Mayne Roundabout, West Mayne.
The Order will come into effect on 22nd August 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.9) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary "No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping" restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 8th August 2024 exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Alternative Route: Sadlers Farm Roundabout, London Road, High Road, High Street, Ferry Road, Canvey Road – B1014, Canvey Way Roundabout and vice versa.
