THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS

(VARIOUS ROADS) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT)

(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2024

(AMENDMENT No. 1) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that St. Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, and 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedule below.

Name of Road

Length

Winwick Lane Service Road

From its Administrative Boundaries with Warrington Borough Council for its entire lengths including the extents of all turning areas.

B5204 Elton Head Road

From a point 30.5 metres west of its western side of The Broads in an easterly direction to a point 25 metres west of the western side of its junction with Sutton Heath Road and Lowfield Lane.

A copy of the Order may be requested from the council by emailing traffic@sthelens.gov.uk or by writing to the Traffic Engineering Section, Place Services Department, Town Hall, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HP.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed changes must do so in writing to the undersigned, stating the grounds of objection, within a period of 21 days from the date of this notice.
