LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) THE WALTHAM FOREST (BT CABLE INSTALLATION) (E4 ROADS) (TEMPORARY MEASURES) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on 15th August 2024 it made an Order to allow for cable installation and associated works, by BT Openreach, to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in various E4 roads.

The general effect of the Order will be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from waiting or loading for any purpose, at "any time", in:

Chase Gardens E4 - (north side) between the eastern boundaries of Nos. 13/14 and of Nos. 21/22;

i) Ainslie Wood Road E4 (AWR) - (south side) between the common boundaries of Nos. 90/92 and of Nos. 116/118;

ii) Rolls Park Road E4 - (both sides) between its junction with AWR and a point 15m from that said junction.

The Order will come into operation on 21st August 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. NOTE: These works would not be carried out simultaneously in all roads. The works are expected to be completed within 1 day at each site, however, the Order has been extended to allow for any contingencies. (Ref: TT46(24))

THE WALTHAM FOREST (THAMES WATER INFRASTRUCTURE AND MAINTENANCE) (TEMPORARY MEASURES) (E10 AND E17 ROADS) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it intends on making an Order to allow for the installation and maintenance of Thames Water infrastructure to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in various road within the said borough.

HEREBY GIVES NOTICE

The general effect of the Order would be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting or oading for any purpose, at any time, in

) Adelaide Road E10 - between the common boundaries of Nos. 54/56 and of Nos. 62/64;

i) Francis Road E10 - (a) betweenitsjunction with Murchison Road and the common boundary of Nos. 206/208, and (b) between its junctions with Murchison Road and with Claude Road; and iii) Bedford Road E17 - between its junction with Chingford Road and the common boundary of Nos. 115/117. Whilst the restrictions referred to in paragraph 2(i) above remain in force, the one-way working in Adelaide Road E10 (the section southwest to York Road) would be suspended, and waiting and loading by vehicles within the said section would be prohibited.

Whilst the restrictions referred to in paragraph 2(iii) above remain in force, the one-way working in Bedford Road E17 (the section north of Dudley Road) would be suspended The Order would come into operation on 7th September 2024 and would be valid for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

NOTE: These works would not occur simultaneously in all roads, including the two sections of Francis Road. The works in Adelaide Road and in each section of Francis Road are expected to be completed within 5 days, and in Bedford Road within 1 day however the Order has been extended to allow for any contingencies. THE WALTHAM FOREST (TW PIPE INSTALLATION) (E10 AND E11 ROADS) (TEMPORARY MEASURES) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on 15th August 2024 it made an Order to enable pipe installation works by Thames Water (TW) to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in various roads within the said borough.

The general effect of the Order will be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting or oading for any purpose, at any time, in:

Kingswood Road E11 - between the common boundaries of Nos. 50/52 and of Nos. 62/64;

ii) Grove Green Road E11 - between the common boundaries of Nos. 309/311 and of Nos. 321/323;

iii) Ruckholt Road E10 - between the common boundaries of Nos. 9/11 and of Nos. 17/19

Whilst the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2(iii) above remain in force, the one-way working in Ruckholt Road would be suspended to maintain access to properties only The Order will come into operation on 15th August 2024 for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner. NOTE: The works would not occur simultaneously in all roads. The works in Kingswood Road are expected to be completed within 5 days, and in Grove Green Road within 2 days, however the Order has been extended to allow for any contingencies. (Ref: TT47(24))

THE WALTHAM FOREST (HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION) (HOE STREET E17) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MEASURES) (NO. 1) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest s satisfied that to allow for resurfacing works to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner, it is considered necessary, to temporarily prohibit traffic and suspend waiting

THE WALTHAM FOREST (LBWF FLOOD MITIGATION SCHEME) (EATONS MEAD E4) (TEMPORARY MEASURES) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that on 15th August 2024 it made an Order to facilitate construction works n association with a flood mitigation scheme to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in Eatons Mead E4.

The general effect of the Order will be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from waiting or loading for any purpose, at "any time", in Eatons Mead E4 - (north-south arm) between its junction with Valley Side and the common boundary of Nos. 58/60.

The Order will come into operation on 15th August 2024 for a maximum period of

18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

THE WALTHAM FOREST (LBWF HIGHAMS PARK SCHOOL TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION) (BEVERLEY ROAD E4) (TEMPORARY MEASURES) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF)

HEREBY GIVES

NOTICE that it intends on making an Order to facilitate the installation of temporary classrooms in Highams Park School, in a safe and efficient manner. The general effect of the Order would be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from waiting or loading for any purpose, at "any time", in Beverley Road E4.

The Order would come into operation on 4th September 2024 and would be valid for a maximum period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

NOTE: The works are expected to be completed within 12 months however, the Order has been extended to allow for any contingencies. The exact extent and duration of the waiting and loading restrictions (parking suspensions) in Beverley Road will be implemented in line with the details agreed within the approved detailed Construction Linked Plan. THE WALTHAM FOREST (CADENT GAS MAINS REPLACEMENT) (E17 REGION) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITIONS) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it ntends on making an Order to allow for the replacement of gas mains, by Cadent Gas to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner in various roads in the E17 region. The general effect of the Order would be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting or oading for any purpose, at any time, in the roads mentioned in Schedule 1 to this Notice The general effect of the Order would also be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from waiting or loading for any purpose, at any time, in the roads mentioned in Schedule 2 to this Notice. THE WALTHAM FOREST (NETWORK RAIL STRUCTURE INSPECTION) (E11 ROADS) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) (NO. 1) ORDER 2024

The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it intends on making an Order to enable Network Rail to carry out detailed bridge nspection works in a safe and efficient manner in E11 roads. The general effect of the Order would be, only at such times and to such extent as regulatory signs are displayed, to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting or oading for any purpose, "at any time" in:

i) Montague Road E11 - between its junctions with Briscoe Close and with Harrow Road;

i) Sansom Road E11 (east-west arm) - between its junctions with its northern arm

(carriageway leading to Sansom and Acacia estate) and with Lansdowne Road The Order would come into operation on 10th September 2024 and would be valid for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.

NOTE: These works would not be carried out simultaneously in all roads. The works are anticipated to be completed within 1 day, however, the Order has been extended to allow for any contingencies (Ref: TT55(24)).

Vehicles waiting or loading in disregard of the aforementioned Orders would be removed. The prohibitions mentioned in all notices above would not apply in relation to any vehicle being used:

(a) i n connection with the said works; or

(b) for ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes (if the works allow)

Any designated controlled parking spaces situated in the roads or parts of roads affected by any of the measures set out in the notices above will be suspended. Signage will be placed in advance of any works in the roads mentioned in the aforementioned notices which would give more specific details on the exact dates of the prohibitions, effects of any temporary traffic management and diversion routes as necessary.
