Pershore Road - Traffic Regulation Order To Vary Waiting/Loading Restrictions
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(PERSHORE ROAD, STIRCHLEY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
To vary waiting/loading restrictions on PERSHORE ROAD, STIRCHLEY between its junctions of Hazelwell Lane and its southern junction with Hazelwell Street.
The Order will come into operation on 16th August 2024.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 15th August 2024 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
