What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

BALLARDS LANE N3

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate the replacement of street lighting, they have made an Order which will:

(a) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced on the southeast side of Ballards Lane N3, from a point 41 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Christchurch Avenue and a point 32 metres southwest of the southwestern kerbline of Christchurch Avenue, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced on the southeast side of Ballards Lane N3, from a point opposite the common boundary of No.197 and No.201 Ballards Land and a point 40 metres northeast of a point opposite the common boundary of No.197 and No.201 Ballards Lane, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8.00am on Wednesday 28th August 2024 and is expected to last for 7 days.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform. Further information may be obtained by contacting the NRSWA Team, London Borough of Barnet, via telephone on 020 8359 3555.
