Annwell Lane - Temporary Road Closure For Facilitate Installation Of Water Apparatus
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ANNWELL LANE, SMISBY
WHEN: 22 August to 29 August 2024
WHERE: Annwell Lane, Smisby from its Jct. with Burton Road for an approx. distance of 100m north.
REASON: To facilitate installation of water apparatus.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Burton Road/Ashby Road, Roundabout at the junction of Ashby Road and A511, Heath Lane, B5006 Derby Road, Main Street, Annwell Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
