(TRAFFIC REGULATION) (CONSOLIDATION ORDER PROVIDING ON-STREET PARKING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS AND MIGRATION TO A ‘MAP-BASED’ FORMAT) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2024
CENTURIAN WAY, CLECKHEATON
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees has made the above Order under their powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which, as it affects lengths of road in the Cleckheaton area of the Kirklees district, will be to amend the Kirklees Council (Traffic Regulation) (Consolidation Order Providing OnStreet Parking Places, Waiting, Loading And Stopping Restrictions and Migration to a ‘Map-Based’ Format) Order 2024 so as to:
• Prohibit the waiting at any time on lengths of Centurian Way, Cleckheaton
This Order was made on 06 August 2024 and will take effect on 15 August 2024.

Any person wishing to challenge the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirements of that, or of any instrument made under it, have not been complied with may apply to the High Court within six weeks following 15 August 2024.
