(C2030 Inn Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2030 Inn Lane from its junction with C2030 Old Worcester Road to its junction with Rectory Gardens (NSG Ref 45401112).
Reason: Retaining wall collapsing by Jacques & Crowther Construction and Development Ltd.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2030 Old Worcester Road, A449 Worcester Road, B4193 Rectory Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 9 September 2024.
(U13213 Axborough Lane, Iverley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of U13213 Axborough Lane from its junction with A449 Wolverhampton Road to its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road.
Reason: Reinforce edge of carriageway by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A449 Wolverhampton Road, A451 Stourbridge Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 43 days. Commencing: 9 September 2024.
(U95612 Worles Common, Pensax) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U95612 Worles Common from its junction with B4202 Pensax to its junction with C2024 Stockton.
Reason: Remedial works by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2024 Stockton, C2024 Pensax, C2024 Pensax Road, B4202 Pensax, U95612 Pensax and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 19 August 2024.
(C2030 Station Road, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2030 Station Road from its junction with C2030 Old Worcester Road to its junction with Hartlebury Industrial Estate (NSG ref45405180).
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2030 Walton Road, C2030 Rylands Lane, C2145 Crwon Lane to Elmley Lovett, C2144 Crwon Lane, A449 Worcester Road, C2030 Old Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 nights (16:00-04:00) between 9 September 2024 and 23 September 2024.
(U10213 Yew Tree Lane, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U10213 Yew Tree Lane from its junction with B4190 Cleobury Road for a distance of 40 metres in a north easterly direction.
Reason: Lay new ducting by O'Connor Utilities LTD.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4190 Cleobury Road, U10215 The Lakes Road, U10213 Yew Tree Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 19 August 2024.
(C2135 Broome Lane, Broome) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2135 Broome Lane from its junction with U13401 Redhall Farm Road to its junction with U13402 Church Road.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2135 Broome Lane (part), A450 Worcester Road, C2061 Thicknall Lane, C2135 Broome Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 9 September 2024.
(C2172 Wilden Lane, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2172 Wilden Lane from its junction with B4193 Hartlebury Road to its junction with U11319 Bigbury Lane.
Reason: New/replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2172 Wilden Lane (part), B4193 Hartlebury Road, B4193 Stourport Road, B4193 Rectory Lane, A449 Worcester Road, C2172 Wilden Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs). Commencing: 19 August 2024.
(A4535 Mason Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of A4535 Mason Road from its junction with C2129 Habberley Road to its junction with A442 Proud Cross Ringway Roundabout.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A4535 Blakebrook, A4535 Summer Place, A456 Bewdley Road, A442 Proud Cross Ringway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 21 August 2024 and 3 September 2024.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(A456 Bewdley Baypass, Bewdley) (Temporary 50 mph Speed Limit) Order) 2024
Order made: To impose a temporary 50 mph speed limit on that part of A456 Bewdley Bypass from its junction with A456 Longbank Roundabout to its junction with A456 Blackstone Roundabout.
Reason: Public safety by WCC.
Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 346 days (24hrs). Commencing: 16 August 2024.
