ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
(WELLINGBOROUGH ROAD, FINEDON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Wellingborough Road, Finedon as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Wellingborough Road, Finedon from the junction of the roundabout with Bulrush Close to before the junction with Meadow Close.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during connection works and road crossing.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 19th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 10 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use A509 Wellingborough Road, A14 and A6 Burton Latimer Bypass.

(LONDON ROAD, WOLLASTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of London Road, Wollaston as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of London Road, Wollaston from outside Naggs Head Public House.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 21st August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 3 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Wollaston Bypass, Cobbs Lane, Bell End, South Street and Hinwick Road.

(DUCK END & LITTLE LANE, WELLINGBOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of Duck End and Little Lane, Wellingborough as set out below.
LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Duck End – from the junction with Little Lane to the junction with York Road. Little Lane – its entire length.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during cabling works on behalf of Virgin Media.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 18th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted for up to 15 days.

(HIGH STREET, WELLINGBOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of High Street, Wellingborough as set out below. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of High Street, Wellingborough from Oxford Street to Church Street.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during Virgin Media works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 19th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(POLOPIT, TITCHMARSH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Polopit, Titchmarsh as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Polopit, Titchmarsh from outside Castle Manor Farm.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during works for the removal if the footbridge and installation of a new one.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 16th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted up to five days.
