Windsor Road, Bray - Speed Limit Order

THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF 
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
(A308 WINDSOR ROAD, BRAY) (30 MPH 
SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police made the above Order on 13 August 2024, the effect of which will be to:

Implement a 30mph speed limit along A308 Windsor Road from a point 25 metres east of the centre of the junction with Monkey Island Lane northwestwards to a point 26 metres northwest of the centre of the junction with Upper Bray Road, and Upper Bray Road from its junction with A308 Windsor Road north-eastwards for a distance of 60 metres.

or alternatively at Maidenhead Library, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF, between the hours of 9:30am-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 12:30pm-5:30pm Wednesday, 11am-7pm Thursday, 10am-4pm 
Saturday, and 11am-2pm Sunday. 

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that a requirement of that Act or of any relevant Regulation made under it, has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 13 August 2024 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
