Enfield - Temporary Road Closures due to Utility Works.

What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield intend to make the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

WINDMILL HILL - 4328

Reason for 14(1) Order -

Essential Utility works


Operational Dates:

27 August 2024 for 12 days or until works are completed

The general effect of the Order would be to close Windmill Hill EN2, at its junction with Chase Court Gardens for approx. 10 metres. While the road is closed local diversions would be in operation.

PLATTS ROAD EN3 - 4330


Reason for 14(1) Order -

Essential Utility works


Operational Dates:

28 August 2024 for 7 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order would be to;

• close Platts Road at its junction with Oatlands Road; and

• suspend parking On Oatlands Road between No.s 49-59 on both sides of the carriageway

While the road is closed local diversions would be in operation.
