(Pavement Parking Exemption) Order 202*
Renfrewshire Council in exercise of its powers conferred upon by Section 51 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019, proposes to make the following Order:
The Order; is considered necessary as the footways listed have the characteristics specified by the Scottish Ministers as per direction under section 67(1).
