HAMMERSMITH TOWN CENTRE SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING DOCUMENT ADOPTION STATEMENT
This adoption statement has been prepared by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham as local planning authority (“the Council”) pursuant to Part 5, Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
Notice is hereby given that:
(a) on 6th August 2024 the Council adopted the Hammersmith Town Centre Supplementary Planning Document (SPD);
(b) any person with suffcient interest in the decision to adopt the SPD may apply to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of that decision; and
(c) any such application must be made promptly and in any event not later than 3 months after the date on which the SPD was adopted.
A number of modifcations were made to the SPD pursuant to section 23 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
These are set out in the Consultation Statement.
In accordance with Regulations of the 2012 Regulations the following documents have been made available:
(i) the Hammersmith Town Centre SPD;
(ii) this Adoption Statement and
(iii) the Consultation Statement
The documents listed at (i) (ii) and (iii) are available for inspection in hard copy format at the following places during normal offce hours at:
• Fulham Library which is situated at 598 Fulham Road 10am to 7 pm Monday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm Friday and Saturday and 11am to 5pm Sunday;
• Hammersmith Library which is situated in Shepherds Bush Road 10am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 10am to 5pm Friday and Saturday.
• Shepherds Bush Library which is situated at 6 Wood Lane 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm Saturday and 11am to 5pm Sunday.

A copy of this Adoption Statement will be sent to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
