THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (U4475, Gladstone Avenue, Dingwall) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council has made an Order in terms of Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, entitled as above. The Order has been made to allow contractors to safely carry out building work operations.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit access by all vehicular traffic to a section of Gladstone Avenue, Dingwall commencing from its junction with the U4455 on Fingal Road extending in a westerly direction toward the junction with Mill Street for a distance of 10 metres or thereby.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.

An alternative route for vehicular traffic will be available via the U4455 Fingal Road joining on to Millcraig Road and this will be signed.

The Order will come into force at 0930 hours on Tuesday 20th August 2024 and will remain in effect until 1530 hours on Tuesday 20th September 2024.
