(Crawley: Public Footpath No. 3377) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by WSCC under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, with the consent of the Secretary of State for Transport, will now continue in force until 16 December 2025 or until the works are completed. The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst major construction works for new residentila properties are undertaken in the vicinity. The path needs to remain closed for the entire duration of the build
The effect of the Order remains unchanged and is to prohibit any person from proceeding along a length of Public Footpath No. 3377, from its junction with Steers Lane (TQ295394), north-westwards to its junction with the B2036 Balcombe Road (TQ296395).
Unfortunately there is no alternative route available using the Public Rights of Way network.

(Crawley – West Green: Ifield Road and Various Roads) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:-
Albany Road; Alpha Road; Church Street; Deerswood Road;
The Dingle; Ewhurst Road, between Reynolds Road and
Ifield Road; Ginhams Road; Goffs Lane, between Ifield Road and
Snell Hatch; Ifield Road, between Church Street and The Dingle;
Leopold Road; Lodge Close; Meadowlands; Princess Road; Reynolds Road; Small Mead; Snell Hatch; Town Barn Road, between Town Mead and Crabtree Road; Town Mead.
The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst gas mains renewal works are undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 2 September 2024 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed. It is anticipated works will commence on or after 2 September 2024 and will be completed by 23 December 2024. The roads will not all be closed at the same time. Signage will indicate when roads are closed.

((Crawley Borough) (Parking Places and Traffic
Regulation) (Consolidation) Order 2010)
(Metcalf Way Amendment) Order 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC propose to make a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a length of prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) on the north-east side of Metcalf Way adjacent to the raised table.
