The County of Cornwall (Road From Lanxon Road To Manor House, Road From Cassacawn Hill To Manor House, Road From Kennel Hill To Cassacawn Hill, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September 2024 to 13th September 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Roads affected - Road From Lanxon Road To Manor House, Road From Cassacawn Hill To Manor House, Road From Kennel Hill To Cassacawn Hill, Bodmin from junction on Road From Junction South Of The Smithy To Junction South Of Manor House to junction on Road From Carwen Road To Kennel Hill.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September 2024 to 13th September 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Road From Tresarrett To Bridge Pool Cottage, Bodmin from junction on Access To Bodrigan Farm to Road From Tregenna Road To Tresarrett.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th September 2024, for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Roughtor Road, Camelford between the junctions of Victoria Road and Higher Cross Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 12th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th August 2024 to 6th September 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Tregenna Road, Hollywood Head, Bodmin from junction on Road From Tregenna Road To Tresarrett to Road From Hollywood Head To Race Course Road.

The County of Cornwall (Tregurrian Hill, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 12th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay.
This prohibition is necessary for works to repair defective cover and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th August 2024 to 29th August 2024.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only. Road affected - Tregurrian Hill, Newquay between properties known as Seascape and Hillside.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for works to allow stone blower through Level Crossing and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th September 2024 to 13th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2215 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Trencreek Road To Junction South Of Carn Brae House, Newquay for the length of the Level Crossing.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 8th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Unrecorded Path from the South West Coast Path to Whipsederry Beach, Newquay between grid references SW 83110:63170 to SW 83128:63179.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to cliff fall. The Order will come into operation on 9th August 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 9th February 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 19th July 2024 for a period of up to 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 12th August 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Breward.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th August 2024 to 30th August 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Wenford Bridge To Higher Lank, St Breward for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for works to provide fibre service to customer and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th September 2024 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Whitestone Crescent, Bodmin between No 32 and No 39.
