South Baddesley Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Gas Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - SOUTH BADDESLEY ROAD, BOLDRE, NEW FOREST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of South Baddesley between its junction with Snooks Lane and its junction with Shotts Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Lisle Court Road, Undershore Road, B3054, Norleywood Road, Brook Hill
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 12th August 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 month 12 days, this order will be in operation for 24 hours a day). The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for JDT Utilities to carry out essential gas replacement works.
