What is happening?

Somerset Council Various Roads, Bridgwater in the Parish of Bridgwater (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that on the 9* day of August 2024 Somerset Council made the above Order in exercise of the provisions of Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 30th day of July 2024, to introduce temporary traffic restrictions on the roads specified in the Schedules below. This Order will come into operation on the 13th day of August 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The Works are to be phased (as signed on site) and expected to commence on the 19th day of August 2024 until 30th August 2025 to enable the appointed contractor, Taylor Woodrow, to undertake the improvement works. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.
