SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (PARISH OF SHOTLEY) (FOOTPATHS 9, 11, 13, AND 16) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024 This order, which came into effect on 04/03/2024 closes Footpaths 9, 11, 13, and 16, Parish of Shotley has been extended for 6 months by the Minister until 31/12/2024 or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner. This closure remains necessary in the interests of public safety. The riverbank repair and revetment works which required the closure of the paths are being carried out in the order specified in the Schedule to Head of Law on 03/03/2024.
