Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

The County of Cornwall (Sandplace Road, St Martin)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Martin. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included.

Road affected - Sandplace Road, St Martin for its entire length.

(Sclerder Lane, Crumplehorn)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Crumplehorn. This prohibition is necessary for pole standing and reconductoring works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September 2024 to 12th September 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Sclerder Lane, Crumplehorn between grid reference SX 21318 52611 and Sclerder Abbey Cemetery
