Ar 9 Awst 2024 gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio neu deithio ar hyd Radyr Court Road o bwynt 113 metr o’r gyffordd â Gerddi Taf am 63 metr i’r gogleddorllewin.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar y briffordd neu gerllaw a disgwylir iddo fod yn weithredol o Ddydd Sul 11 Awst 2024 a bod ar waith tan Ddydd Gwener 30 Awst 2024 neu nes bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau a gaiff eu harddangos y bydd y cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau ar waith am hyd at 18 mis.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i breswylwyr a cherbydau gwasanaethau brys. 
Enw’r Gorchymyn hwn yw “Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Radyr Court Road, Caerdydd) (Cau Ffordd Dros Dro) 2024”.

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(RADYR COURT ROAD, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

On the 9th August 2024, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any vehicle from using or proceeding along Radyr Court Road from a point 113 metres from its junction with Gerddi Taf for a distance of 63 metres in a north-westerly direction.

This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the highway and is expected to come into operation on Sunday 11th August 2024 and be in operation Friday 30th August 2024 or until works are complete.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. The Order will remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

Access will be maintained for residents and emergency service vehicles. 

This Order is known as “The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Radyr Court Road, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2024”.
