THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (CLOVELLY ROAD/ GASHOUSE LANE/COMMERCIAL STREET/ COMMERCIAL OPE/COMMERCIAL ROAD/PARR STREET/TEATS HILL ROAD) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles in:
• Clovelly Road - from the junction of Teats Hill Road to the junction of Gdynia Way 27/8- 16/9
• Gashouse Lane - on the approach to the junction of Clovelly Road 27/8-16/9
• Commercial Street - from the junction of Teats Hill Road to Atlas Graphics 16/09-07/10
• Commercial Ope - from the junction of Commercial Street to the junction of Commercial Road 16/09-28/10
• Commercial Road - from the junction of Barbican Approach to the junction of Teats Hill 07/10-01/11
• Parr Street - for its entirety 02/09-16/09
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
• Teats Hill Road - from the junction of Clovelly Road to the junction of Commercial Street
3. To suspend the one-way system on:
• Gashouse Lane - from the junction of Clovelly Road to the junction of Barbican Approach 27/8-16/9
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 27th August 2024 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence on the 27th August 2024 until 4th November 2024 24hrs
