 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
 (PRESTON DEANERY ROAD, QUINTON)
 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend,
not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the
effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that
length of Preston Deanery Road, Quinton as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Preston Deanery Road, Quinton from the junction of School Lane to Park
House Farm.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
works to water main.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
19th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
three days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Wootton Road, Wooldale Road and Newport
Pagnell Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
(A508 HARBOROUGH ROAD, KELMARSH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING IN LAYBYS
& TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend,
not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the
effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from parking in laybys and
prohibit traffic from exceeding 30 mph along that length of the A508
Harborough Road, Kelmarsh as specified in the Schedule out below.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
Shambala.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
16th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
18 days.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend,
not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the
effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that
length of Brixworth Road, Spratton as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Brixworth Road, Spratton from Ashtree Farm to the junction of Olde Hall
Close.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
pipe repair works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
20th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
one day.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use A5199, Pitsford Road, Brampton Lane and

(HALSE ROAD, HALSE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend,
not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the
effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that
length of Halse Road, Halse as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Halse
Road, Halse from the village exit to Brackley Road junction.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
repairs to chamber, cover and frame.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
20th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

3 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Cockley Road, A422, Banbury Road, Market
Place, High Street and Halse Road.

(COLLINGTREE ROAD, MILTON MALSOR)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend,
not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the
effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that
length of Collingtree Road, Milton Malsor as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Collingtree Road, Milton Malsor from under the railway bridge.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
railway bridge inspection.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
14th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(WILLOW VIEW, KISLINGBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have
made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding
along that length of Willow View, Kislingbury as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Willow View, Kislingbury from the junction of Nene Way to 24 Willow
View.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
sewer connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
5th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
two days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Willow View and Nene Way.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have
made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding
along that length of High Street, Scaldwell as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of High
Street, Scaldwell from Scaldwell Road to Old Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
patching and micro asphalt works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
5th August 2024 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and
to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the
Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
two days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Scaldwell Road, Harborough Road, High Street,
Old Road, Lamport Road and Old Road.
