DISABLED PERSONS' PARKING PLACES VARIOUS STREETS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004: -

2. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. *) Order 2019 is to:
(a) designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to in this notice as a "mandatory bay") outside:
Aldis Street (Pilgrims Union Church of God)
207 Carey Gardens
44 Dinsmore Road
39 Emu Road
28 Revelstoke Road
263 Southcroft Road
28 Stanley Grove
Theatre Street (Battersea Arts Centre)
3. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. *) Order 202*to
(a) re-designate the following mandatory bays as parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below (referred to in this notice as a "resident-specific bay"):

4. To revoke the disabled person's parking bays in the following locations :-
18 Dunston Road 175 Franciscan Road 219 Franciscan Road 3 Herndon Road
16 Khama Road
201 Lessingham Avenue
17 Netherfield Road 38 Thursley Gardens 67 Totterdown Street 76 Tranmere Road 16 Durford Crescent
5 Lurline Gardens, Albert Palace Mansions 219 Franciscan Road
5. In so far as the mandatory bays mentioned in paragraph 2 above are within Controlled Parking Zones, the general effect of the Parking Places Orders relating to the said zones is to shorten, re-designate or lengthen the adjoining CPZ parking places to take account of the proposed new, relocated and revoked mandatory bays and resident-specific bays.
6. Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
7. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ ECS/TMO/2054) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION - ARABELLA DRIVE SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Arabella Drive to facilitate parking restrictions.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall wait along on either side of the road on Arabella Drive from the junction of Priory Lane, (side of Chestnut House, 209) to outside Sarah House (1-43) and Esme House (1-48). There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 19 August 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 19 August 2024.

WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - HUNTINGFIELD ROAD SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Huntingfield Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Huntingfield Road from outside number 116 to outside number 120, the junction with Swinburne Road will also be closed. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 19 August 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 August 2024.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE - SMUGGLERS WAY SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Smugglers Way to facilitate a Crane Operation.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Smugglers Way from outside the New Development opposite the Recycling Centre from the junction with the Causeway to outside the Holiday Inn in Smugglers Way. The one-way restriction will be suspended to maintain access. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 20 August 2024 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 August 2024.
