Overford Drive (D922) Cranleigh Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023
“The Surrey County Council Overford Drive (D922) Cranleigh Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023” which was made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 2984, on the grounds that works were being or proposed to be executed on, or near, the above-mentioned road and came into operation on 18 September 2023 was due to expire on 17 September 2024 and which
(a) prohibited vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Overford Drive (D922) Cranleigh as extends from its junction with (B2128) Horsham Road to its junction with the access to the rear of the property known as “Broadoak Lodge”; and (b) suspended “The Surrey County Council D922 Overford Drive, Cranleigh Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in part (a) to this Notice, has been extended until 17 March 2025. This Temporary Traffic Order is required to allow mains gas replacement and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of SGN. These works are anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the additional 6 month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commenced on 18 September 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operation when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
Due to the nature of the works, there will be no vehicular access through the closure area and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected.
A308 High Street and A308 London Road, Staines Upon Thames Temporary Traffic Management Order 2024
On 07 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of the eastbound carriageway to A308 High Street and A308 London Road, Staines Upon Thames that extends from the eastern side of the junction of A308 High Street with D3282 Fairfield Avenue, to a point 15m east of the eastern side of the junction with C248 Kingston Road. Alternative Route – D3282 Fairfield Avenue. 2. Prohibit vehicles that are proceeding in a north-westerly direction on C248 Kingston Road, Staines Upon Thames from turning right into A308 London Road.
Alternative Route – A308 High Street and D3282 Fairfield Avenue. 3. Suspend the “Surrey County Council High Street (A308), London Road (A308), and (C248) Kingston Road Staines Upon Thames Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out signal maintenance and/or repairs and/or associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in 4 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary prohibitions will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained via the alternative routes described above. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.
Goldrings Road (D6860) Leatherhead Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 07 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 15(8)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding in that length of Goldrings Road (D6860) Leatherhead as extends from its junction with (A244) Warren Lane to a point in line with the common boundary between No.1 and No.3 Goldrings Road. Alternative Route: Goldrings Road, Sheath Lane, Holtwood Road, Steels Lane, and (A244) Warren Lane, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate gas mains replacement works for, or on behalf of SGN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 6 weeks, between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am and 1pm, Saturdays, within the 11-month period of operation of this Order which commences on 15 August 2024 and continues in force the provisions introduced by “The Surrey County Council Goldrings Road (D6860) Leatherhead Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Notice 2024” issued under Section 14(2) of the Act on 25 July 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists, and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic, including emergency services will be required to use the diversion route.
Heath Ridge Green (D6856) Cobham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 07 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Heath Ridge Green (D6856) Cobham as extends from a point in line with the common boundary between No.16 and No.18 Heath Ridge Green to a point in line with the common boundary between No.18 and No.20 Heath Ridge Green. Alternative Route: Heath Ridge Green, Links Green Way, and Heath Ridge Green, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate water connection works for, or on behalf of SES Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 19 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists, and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times. It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for emergency services, residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/ or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
The Parade (D6844) Claygate Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Management Order 2024
On 07 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily; (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of The Parade (D6844) Claygate as extends from its junction with (D6844) Albany Crescent to its junction with the access to the property known as “Claygate Station”; (b) prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading at any time on both sides of that length of The Parade (D6844) Claygate as extends from its junction with (D6844) Albany Crescent to its junction with the access to the property known as “Claygate Station”. This Order is required to facilitate crane operation works for, or on behalf of Network Rail. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 phases, between the hours of 10pm and 5am, during the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 23 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. For sub-paragraph (a) above: Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site. Access for emergency services vehicles will be maintained in an emergency situation only. It will not be possible to maintain vehicular access through the closure for residents and businesses. The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising. There is no alternative route for this closure.
For sub-paragraphs (b) above: Exemptions apply for vehicles when waiting because they are required by law to stop, are obliged to stop in order to prevent an accident or are prevented from proceeding because of circumstances outside the drivers control and in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a civil enforcement officer will apply when the temporary restrictions are in force. (N.B. Disabled persons displaying a disabled blue badge will not be exempt from the temporary waiting restriction).
Peaslake Lane (D222) Peaslake Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 07 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Peaslake Lane (D222) Peaslake as extends from its junction with (D228) Walking Bottom, (D222) Ewhurst Road, and (D276) Radnor Road to its junction with (D229) Mackies Hill. Alternative Route: Pursers Lane, Burrows Cross, Hook Lane, Hound House Road, Pitch Hill, Peaslake Road, and Ewhurst Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate installation of new customer connection works for, or on behalf of UKPN. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and cyclists.
Falmouth Road (D3848) Hersham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 07 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Falmouth Road (D3848) Hersham. Alternative Route: Hersham Road, Devon Road, and Thistlecroft Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate carriageway patching works for, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible within 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 20 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times, as will access for emergency service vehicles in an emergency situation only. Vehicular access for residents will be maintained only when safe to do so, if necessary, via the diversion route. All other vehicular traffic will be required to follow the diversion route.
Kitsmead Lane (D3017) Chertsey Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
On 7 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of the eastern arm of Kitsmead Lane (D3017) Chertsey which extends from its easternmost junction with B386 Longcross Road to the property boundary line between Kitsmead House and Hurst Lodge and any parts thereof. This Order is required to enable Affinity Water to facilitate water works which is anticipated to be completed within 4 days, between 8am and 6pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 13 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route. Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained via the signed diversion route. Alternative Route – B386 Longcross Road and D3017 Kitsmead Lane or vice versa.
Kitsmead Lane (D3017) Chertsey Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2024
On 7 August 2024 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Kitsmead Lane (D3017) Chertsey which extends from its western arm junction with B386 Longcross Road to the northern property boundary line of No.3 Kitsmead Lane. This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate footway slurry works and/or major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed between 7am and 5pm, as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 22 August 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route. In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. Alternative Route – B386 Longcross Road, C10 Chobham Lane and D3017 Kitsmead Lane.
Croft Road (D5427) Godalming Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Croft Road (D5427) Godalming as extends from its junction with (D5427) South Street to its junction with Public Footpath No.26 Godalming (also known as T11087 Butts Lane Townpath). Alternative Route – Croft Road; Holloway Hill; A3100 Flambard Way; Brighton Road; and Croft Road; and (b) suspend “Surrey County Council Croft Road (D5427) Godalming Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.1) 2023” insofar as it affects that length of road specified and described in part (a) to this Notice. The Order is required to allow essential gas mains utility works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of SGN within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible over 5 days between the hours of 8am and 4pm within the 12-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 16 September 2024.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

The Street (C41) West Horsley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.4) 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of The Street (C41) West Horsley as extends from its junction with (D868) School Lane to its junction with (D251) Pincott Lane. Alternative Route – The Street; A246 Epsom Road; Ockham Road South; Ockham Road North; East Lane; and The Street. The Order is required to allow mains water valve repair works and/or any other associated works to be carried out by, or on behalf of Affinity Water within the length of road described in this notice. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible over 3 days between the hours of 8am and 4pm within the 12-month period of operation of the Temporary Order that commences on 16 September 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, the emergency services, pedestrians, and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
D6220 The Parade, Sunbury on Thames Temporary Traffic Management Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D6220 The Parade, Sunbury on Thames that extends from its junction with A308 Staines Road West, to the south-eastern property boundary of “No.51 Staines Road West”. 2. Suspend the “Spelthorne Borough Council (Service Road at The Parade Staines Road West Sunbury on Thames) (One-Way Traffic) Order 1997” in its entirety. This Traffic Order is required to enable Cadent Gas to carry out gas mains connection and/ or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8pm and 6am within 5 nights of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 02 September 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure and suspension will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.
No sole access to any property will be affected. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained via the vehicular diversion route:- The Parade, Staines Road West and Vicarage Road.
B2128 Guildford Road, Cranleigh Temporary Speed Limit Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: 1. Prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding at a speed greater than 30 MPH in that length of B2128 Guildford Road, Cranleigh that extends from the north-eastern property boundary of “Old Oak”, to the south-western property boundary of “Sunnyside”. 2. Suspend the Second Part of the Schedule to “The Surrey County Council (C47 Horsham Lane Ewhurst Green and B2128 Guildford Road Cranleigh (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 1999” insofar as this imposes the existing 40 MPH speed limit in that length of B2128 Guildford Road, Cranleigh described above.
This Temporary Traffic Order is required to enable Morrison Water Services to carry out water mains connection and/or maintenance works on behalf of Thames Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 7am and 7pm, within 14 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Traffic Order which commences on 02 September 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary speed limit and suspension which are anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. The temporary speed limit imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Police.
Staple Lane (C45), East Clandon (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order, pursuant to Sections 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), the effect of which will be to prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along that length of Staple Lane (C45), East Clandon that extends from its junction with Epsom Road (A246) to its junction with Combe Lane (D259) and/or any part and/or any parts therein, such restriction shall also apply in relation to the riding, leading or driving of horses or any other animals.
The Temporary Traffic Order is required to enable the holding of a charity car parade namely the “Shere Hill Climb” on the length of Staple Lane described above. The temporary prohibition specified above will not apply to vehicles being used in connection with the said parade (including those used for traffic management purposes), or to anything done on the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic marshal, or any sign placed by Surrey Police. Emergency access will be maintained for the police, fire brigade and ambulance services and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic. The Council are satisfied, in accordance with subsection (3) of Section 16A of the Act, that the event to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road. Access for pedestrians; and dismounted cyclists will be maintained under the direction of a marshal. Access for residents will be maintained under the direction of a marshal from the southern end of the temporary closure. Vehicular traffic will be diverted via Epsom Road (A246), Epsom Road (A25), Shere Road (A25) and Combe Lane (C45). The Order will come into effect on 01 September 2024, for a period of 1 day and is anticipated to apply from 6am until 6pm but the prohibitions will only be operative while the relevant traffic signs are displayed. A copy of the Order and plan showing the length of road affected and diversion route may be inspected free of charge at the following locations: Guildford Library, 77 North Street, Guildford, GU1 4AL, and Horsley Library, Parade Court, Ockham Road South, East Horsley, KT24 6QR. (Various Roads in The Boroughs of Woking and Guildford) Surrey Half Marathon (Temporary Traffic Measures) Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order, pursuant to Sections 16A and 16B of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. Prohibit all vehicles from entering or proceeding along the lengths of roads specified in the First Schedule to this Notice and/or any parts therein, such restriction shall also apply in relation to the riding, leading or driving of horses or any other animals. 2. Prohibit vehicles from stopping or remaining at rest, in the lengths of road specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on 08 September 2024, for a period of one day and is required to facilitate the holding of an on-road running event, namely the “Mercer Surrey Half-Marathon, 5k and Kids Race 2024”. The restrictions will not apply to such vehicles being used in connection with the said event, or to anything done on the direction or with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a traffic marshal, or any sign placed by Surrey Police. Emergency access will be maintained for the police, fire brigade and ambulance services and for organisations responsible for dealing with the loss of supplies of gas, electricity, water or electronic communications, to premises in the area and for the removal of any obstruction to traffic. The restriction on stopping in the lengths of road specified in the Second Schedule to this Notice shall also not apply to any vehicle required to stop by law or in order to prevent an accident, or a local bus to allow a person to board or alight from the vehicle at a designated bus stop, or for the purpose of opening/closing any gate or barrier at the entrance to premises to which the vehicle requires access. No exemption will apply for disabled persons’ vehicles and all parking places in the lengths of road specified in the Schedules below will be suspended. The prohibitions will only be operative while the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians will be unaffected. The prohibition of stopping will commence from 6am. It is anticipated that the temporary closures will take effect from 7.30am until 1pm though roads will re-open earlier if it is safe to do so. The Council are satisfied that, in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the roads to which this Order relates, or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising, vehicular access to premises situated in such lengths of roads specified in the First Schedule to this Notice, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted, save for emergency access as indicated above and to care providers by prior arrangement and/or by CSAS marshals or by telephoning the Control Room on the day of the event.
The Council are also satisfied, that the event to which the Order relates cannot be held otherwise than on a road. Such is the length of the route and the nature of the closure, the Council does not consider it practical to recommend alternative routes for the entire route however diversion signs will be placed for H.G.V.s, directing them via Clandon, Send, Old Woking and West Byfleet and light traffic will be directed on to the A322. A copy of the proposed Order may be inspected free of charge at (1) Surrey County Council, Quadrant Court, 35 Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey, GU22 7QQ between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive and (2) Guildford Library, 77 North Street, Guildford, GU1 4AL, during normal opening hours.

Ray Road (D6922) West Molesey Temporary Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting, loading, and unloading at any time, by vehicles on both sides of the carriageway in that length of Ray Road (D6922) West Molesey as extends from its junction with (X5126) Chandlers Close to a point in line with the common boundary between property No.50 and No.52 Ray Road. This Temporary Order is required to facilitate large construction vehicles travelling safely through Ray Road, for, or on behalf of Thames Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 15 weeks, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which commences on 02 September 2024. This temporary restriction, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed and only to such extent as indicated by those traffic signs. Exemptions apply for vehicles when waiting because they are required by law to stop, are obliged to stop in order to prevent an accident or are prevented from proceeding because of circumstances outside the drivers control and in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a civil enforcement officer will apply when the temporary restrictions are in force. (N.B. Disabled persons displaying a disabled blue badge will not be exempt from the temporary waiting restriction).
Mount Pleasant (D4016) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Mount Pleasant (D4016) Guildford as extends from its junction with (X4016) Mount Pleasant to its junction with (X7080) Mount Pleasant access to Bishops Court Garages. Alternative Route: (1) (A3100) Portsmouth Road, The Mount, and Mount Pleasant; and (2) Mount Pleasant, The Mount, (A3100) Portsmouth Road, (A3100) Park Street, (A31) Farnham Road, (A322) Bridge Street, (A322) Onslow Street, (A3100) Park Street, and (A3100) Portsmouth Road. This Order is required to facilitate utility works, for or on behalf of Knoetze Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 15 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 04 September 2024. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.
Fairfield Avenue (D3282) Staines Upon Thames Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Management Order (No.2) 2024
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Fairfield Avenue (D3282) Staines Upon Thames at its eastern most junction with (A308) London Road and for a distance of 120 metres north eastwards;
