What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 East Lothian Council (Various Streets, Belhaven, Dunbar & West Barns) (Variation Order No.2) Order 2024 TO 119/24

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable waiting restrictions at Various Streets, Belhaven, Dunbar & West Barns.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council's website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk.

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 9th August 2024 to Friday 21st September 2024.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
