NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 – SECTION 257 AND 261 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14
THE NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY TC13 (PART) – PARISH OF EARLS BARTON PUBLIC PATH TEMPORARY DIVERSION ORDER 2016
On the 5th of April 2024 North Northamptonshire Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 257 and 261 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990 without modification.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to temporarily divert part of Public Bridleway TC13 in the Parish of Earls Barton running from the point marked A on the Order map at National Grid Reference (NGR) SP8485 6221, then proceeding south west for 382 metres to terminate at the point marked B at NGR SP8466 6190 to a line running from the point marked A on the Order map at NGR SP8485 6221 then proceeding south west then south for 330 metres to the point marked C at NGR SP8489 6190 then west along the northern bank of the river for a further 295 metres to NGR 8466 6190. The route is shown on the Order map by a broken black line between the points marked A – C – B and will have a width of 5 metres.
A copy of the Order as confirmed without modification and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Executive Director of Pathfinder Legal Services Limited, One Angel Square, Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED between the hours of 9am and 12 noon and 2pm and 4pm Monday to Friday inclusive. Copies of the Order and map may be bought from the Head of Property & Planning, Pathfinder Legal Services Limited at the price of £5.00 + VAT.
The Order came into force on the day of North Northamptonshire Council certified that the terms of Article 3 and 4 have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provisions contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of schedule 14 to that Act.
