What is happening?

Notice is hereby given that Hyde & Co Leisure Limited has applied in respect of the Flour and Ash, 50 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, BS8 2NH for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Opening Hours Mon – Sat 10:00 – 23:30, Sun 10:00 – 22:00. Sale of Alcohol (On and Off Sales) Mon – Sat 10:00 – 23:00, Sun 10:00 – 21:30. Late Night Refreshment Mon – Sat 23:00 – 23:30. Non Standard timings Late Night Refreshment, Supply of Alcohol and Opening Hours: From commencement of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve until end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. This is an application for a new licence following the lapse of the previous licence on liquidation of the licence holder. The application is made on the same terms (hours, conditions, and plans) as the lapsed licence. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 30 August 2024, to Licensing Team (100TS), PO BOX 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, LicensingAuthority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
