Broadholme Lane - Temporary Road Closure

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
BROADHOLME LANE, BROADHOLME, BELPER

WHEN: 20 August to 22 August 2024
WHERE: Broadholme Lane, Broadholme, Belper between a point 80m north of the Jct. with the A6 Matlock Road to a point 120m south of the entrance to Broadholme Caravan Park.
REASON: To facilitate new water connections.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Broadholme Lane, Matlock Road, Cemetery Road, Swinney Lane, Penn Street, Chesterfield Road, Crich Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
