What is happening?

FALKIRK COUNCIL

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:

Union Street, Bo’ness from 07:30 hours on 12/08/24 until 17:00 hours on 15/08/24 to allow for carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out.

1. This Order temporarily closes Union Street (C82), Bo’ness from its junction with the East Pier Street, to a point 185m in an easterly direction, from its junction East Pier Street, or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Union Street (C82), Dock Street (C82), Links Road (A904), Grangepans (A904), Bridgeness Road (A904), Carriden Brae (A904), A993, Grahamsdyke Road (A993), Dean Road (A993), Linlithgow Road (A706), Church Wynd (A706), Memorial Drive (C82), Union Street (C82) and vice versa.

Achray Drive, Falkirk from 09:30 until 18:00 on 14/08/24 . The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken.

1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Strathyre Place in a southerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby

Balmoral Street, Falkirk from 07:30 hours on 14/08/24 until 17:00 hours on 16/08/24 to allow for carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out.

1. This Order temporarily closes Balmoral Street from its junction with Balmoral Drive to its junction with Osborne Street.
2. The alternative route is: Balmoral Street, Balmoral Drive, C103 Windsor Road, Osborne Street and vice versa

Glenyards Road, Falkirk from 09:30 until 18:00 on 15/08/24 . The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken.

1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Ochil Gardens in a southerly direction for approximately 150 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: C16, C15, B816, C16 or vice versa

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:

1. Carronshore Road , Falkirk from 09:30 until 18:00 on 15/08/24 . The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken. This order prohibits waiting on Carronshore Road, Falkirk from a point adjacent to Bradbury Street in a westerly direction on both sides for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
