C358 LODGE PLANTATION TO KIRKLEY SAWMILL, KIRKLEY
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in the County of Northumberland.
C358 Kirkley Sawmill To Kirkley March Bridge for its entire length.
C358 Lodge Plantation to Kirkley Sawmill 45 metres from its junction with the C151 heading north west for a length of 805 metres.
The Order is to be effective from the 12th August 2024 until the 28th February 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 23rd August 2024 between the hours of 08:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 28th February 2025.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C151, C361, C153, B6524, C360, C359, C358 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council for structural patching. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
