Brigg Road - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic for New Drainage Connection

What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL (Brigg Road, Messingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

On 9th Aug 2023, North Lincolnshire Council made an Order, the effect of which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding along Brigg Rd, Messingham. This Order took effect on 14th Aug 2023 and will be effective until 13th Feb 2025. Under this same Order, it is now proposed to undertake further works (new drainage connection) necessitating the closure of Brigg Rd, Messingham from the entrance to the new house estate to the Knightsbridge Rd Junction 7.30am 28th Aug-5pm 1st Sept 2024 (but varied if necessary to due to any unforeseen circumstances). The diversion is A159, A18, B1398, Brigg Rd and reverse.
