1. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. 2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:
(1) Althea Street, the north-east side,
(a) revoke the existing disabled persons parking place outside No. 36 Althea Street, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(b) introduce a personalise disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 38 and 40 Althea Street, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(c) introduce single yellow line waiting restrictions Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm outside No. 40 Althea Street, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(2) Brackenbury Gardens, the south side, revoke the existing personalised disabled persons parking place outside No. 20 and 22 Brackenbury Gardens, extending the shared use parking place in this location.
(3) Caithness Road, the south-east side, convert the existing disabled persons parking place to a personalised disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 29 and 31 Caithness Road.
(4) Coomer Place, the north side, revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm at the side of No. 274 North End Road, retaining the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm in this location.
(5) Coomer Road, the south-west side, amend the existing single yellow line operating hours to Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm outside the rear of Nos. 19 to 23 Barbara Castle Close.
(6) Down Place, the north side, introduce a disabled persons parking place outside No. 17 Bridge Place, revoking a section of the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(7) Effie Road, the south-east side,
(a) convert the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions to single yellow line waiting restrictions Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm outside No. 12 Effie Road.
(b) revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions running along the parking bays at the side of No. 1 Effie Place and No. 29 Barclay Road.
(8) Eustace Road, the north-west side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions at the side of Nos. 425 to 429 North End Road.
(9) Farm Lane, the south-east side, convert the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions to single yellow line waiting restrictions Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm outside No. 14 Farm Lane.
(10) Hadyn Park Road, the south side, revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions at the side of No. 97 Percy Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(11) Haldane Road,
(a) the north side, amend the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions operational hours to Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm opposite the side of No. 312 North End Road to opposite No. 3 Haldane Road.
(b) the south-east side, amend the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions operational hours to Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm outside Nos. 5 to 9 Haldane Road.
(12) Hammersmith Grove, the east side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions outside Nos. 132 and 134 Hammersmith Grove.
(13) Hilary Road,
(a) the east side, extend the existing single yellow line outside No. 40 Hilary Road, revoking the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(b) the east side, introduce a personalised disabled person parking place outside No. 40 Hilary Road.
(c) the west side revoke the existing disabled persons parking place opposite No. 40 Hilary Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(14) Leysfield Road, the north-east side, revoke the existing personalised disabled persons parking place outside Nos.
16 and 18 Leysfield Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(15) Macbeth Street, the east side,
(a) introduce disabled persons parking places at the side of No. 143 King Street, revoking the single yellow line in this location.
(b) extend the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions at the junction with Down Place and at the side of No. 143 King Street.
(16) Mirabel Road, revoke the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions that run along the existing parking bays in Mirabel Road.
(17) New Kings Road, the north-west side, revoke the existing double yellow line waiting restrictions and single loading kerb blips opposite the junctions with Wandsworth Bridge Road and Bagley’s Lane.
(18) Percy Road,
(a) the east side, convert the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to double yellow line waiting restrictions
outside Ns. 156 to 158 Percy Road.
(b) the west side, extend the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions to the common boundary of Nos. 141/143
Percy Road.
(19) St. Elmo Road, add single yellow line waiting restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm from the east and west kerb-line on both sides of the road closure point outside Nos. 91/93 St. Elmo Road.
(20) St. Thomas’s Way, amend the existing single yellow line waiting restrictions operational hours to Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm
(a) at the flank wall of No. 63 Fabian Road and No. 62 Mirabel Road,
(b) at the flank wall of No. 101 Rylston Road,
(c) at the flank wall of No. 99 Rylston Road,
(d) at the flank wall of No. 79 Hartismere Road,
(e) outside George Lindgren House.
(21) Starfield Road, the east side, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place outside No. 72 Starfield Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(22) Vespan Road,
(a) the north side, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 5 and 7 Vespan Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(b) revoke the existing electric vehicle parking place outside Nos. 16, and Nos. 27 and 29 Vespan Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(23) Waterford Road,
(a) the south-west side, amend the existing single yellow line operating hours to Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm outside the flank wall of No. 2 New Kings Road and Nos. 74-84 Waterford Road.
(b) the north-east side, amend the existing single yellow line operating hours to Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm outside the flank wall of No. 531 Fulham Palace Road.
(24) Weltje Road, the south-east side, revoke the existing disabled persons parking place outside Nos. 41 and 43 Weltje Road, extending the existing shared use parking place in this location.
(25) Westville Road, the south-east side, revoke the existing school keep clear markings outside Greenside Primary School.
(26) To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. 3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk, until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
