THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL 

(SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021

(AMENDMENT NO *) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce a 30mph speed limit across several roads in The Grove development, Haddenham.

  

Affected Roads    Type of Restriction

Cricketers Way, Thompson Mews, Nicholson Road, Alderson Way, Burch Mews, Paine Close, Maslin Elms, Lapwing Mews, Barn Owl Lane, Hedgehog Way, Willoughby Lane, Ivin Close,  Rose Meadow, Rookery Piece and Skylark Close

Introduce a 30mph speed limit

A copy of the Order and Plans showing the length of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons may be inspected Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA.

Comments and objections on the proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by the 28th of August 2024 to the Design Services Team, Buckinghamshire Highways, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, or you can email us your response to parkingtro@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
