What is happening?

THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, CULBOKIE) (20MPH AND 40MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Highland Council on the 1st August 2024
made, in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the above Order which will come into operation on 15th August 2024.

The Order was previously advertised by Notice in The Ross-shire Journal on the 19th August 2022 and the effect of the Order is as described in that Notice.

A copy of the Order, Notice, Statement of Reasons together with a copy of the
relevant plan can be inspected at the Dingwall Service Point, Council Offices, 84 High Street, Dingwall IV15 9QN during opening hours Monday – Friday 10:30 – 14:00. 15:00 – 17:00, from the 1st August 2024 to 15 August 2024.
