PENLLEGAER & GORSEINON TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER NOTICE 2024
NOTICE: is hereby given that on 1st August 2024 The Council of the City and County of Swansea made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers. The order will be effective from 9th August 2024, as set out in the schedules below. A copy of the order and plan may be inspected during office hours at the Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road, Swansea, SA1 3SN. Any person wishing to challenge the validity of the order or procedures used in making this order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks of the date the order was made.

REVOCATIONS
The existing Orders are revoked insofar as they are inconsistent with the proposals hereinafter contained which relate to the length or lengths of the road or roads referred to in the schedules hereto.

PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME
Gorseinon Road
Southern Kerb line
From a point 3 metres north-east of a point opposite the north east kerb line of Llewellyn Road in a south westerly direction for 704 metres to a point 9 metres south west of a point opposite the western kerb line of Gelli Gynore
Northern Kerb line
From a point 12 metres west of its junction with the western kerb line of Gelli Gynore in an north-easterly direction to a point 64 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern kerb line with Dilwyn Road.
Orchard Grove
North East Kerb line
From its junction with the southern kerb line of Gorseinon Road in a southerly direction for 20 metres.
South East Kerb line
From its junction with the southern kerb line of Gorseinon Road in a southerly direction for 20 metres.
Phoenix Way
North East Kerb line
From its junction with the southern kerb line of Gorseinon Road in a southerly direction for 41 metres.
South West Kerb line
From its junction with the southern kerb line of Gorseinon Road in a southerly direction for 36 metres.
South View
North East Kerb line
From its junction with the northern kerb line of Gorseinon Road in a northerly direction to a point 30 metres west of the western kerb line of Einon Court.
