What is happening?

THE STREET TRADING ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2001

STREET TRADING LICENCE FEES

In accordance with Section 15 of the Street Trading Act (Northern Ireland) 2001, Mid Ulster District Council hereby gives notice that the level of fees for Street Trading Licences for the year 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025 will be as follows:

TYPE OF LICENCELICENCE FEE (Including Non-refundable £70 Application Fee)
STATIONARY TRADER£215.00
MOBILE TRADER£215.00
TEMPORARY TRADER£58.00
VARIATION OF LICENCE£74.00
TEMPORARY TRADING LICENCE FOR A CIVIC EVENT£26.00
All fees must be paid at time of application. If a licence is for whatever reason refused applicants may be entitled to a refund of the fee less the Application fee of £70.
