NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for Proposed new single storey teaching block, with associated cycle parking, landscaping and ancillary works at The Plume Mill Road campus, located to the north of Mill Road and East of Wantz Road - CC/MAL/19/24

The proposal may affect the setting of:

- 2-10 Mill Road which is a Grade 2 Listed Building

- 58-68 Mill Road which is a Grade 2 Listed Building.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Maldon District Local Development Plan in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Consultation on application ref CC/MAL/18/24 is open until 19 August 2024.

Consultation on application ref CC/MAL/19/24 is open until 22 August 2024.
